Shipping Information
- Orders ship same day or next business day.
- All orders placed online are shipped via USPS. Local Delivery is only available to customers in the Portland Metro area of Oregon. No P.O. boxes are allowed for shipping addresses.
- We are not responsible for products that have left our facilities. The responsibility is on the carrier and the customer. If there are any issues with delivery please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. 'Missing Mail - The Basics' is also a helpful article on the USPS website.
- For local delivery, we are not responsible for products once delivered. Orders with Local Delivery as chosen shipping method will require a signature upon delivery, unless customer agrees to completion of delivery through hand-to-hand exchange. The responsibility is on the customer once product is delivered. If there are any problems, contact us through our websites 'Contact Us' page and we will work with you to solve any issues.
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once products are shipped. It is the customers responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day of delivery.
- If an order is returned to our facility by USPS, the customer is financially responsible for any extra shipping costs incurred.
- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated using the weight, length, width and height of the package.
- Shipping deliveries are estimated and may arrive sooner or later than expected.
- International shipping is available, rates are high due to supply chain logistics.
- Local delivery is a flat fee of $5 for all orders and does not include insurance.
