Shipping Information for New World Apparel

Orders for New World Clothing ship in 10-14 business days. All orders placed online are shipped via USPS. Local Delivery is available only to customers in the Portland Metro area of Oregon. Please note that no P.O. boxes are allowed for shipping addresses.

We are not responsible for products from New World Brands that have left our facilities; the responsibility lies with the carrier and the customer. For local delivery, we cannot take responsibility for products once they are delivered. Orders that choose Local Delivery as their shipping method will require a signature upon delivery, unless the customer agrees to a hand-to-hand exchange. The customer assumes responsibility once the product is delivered. If there are any problems, please reach out to us through our website's 'Contact Us' page and we will assist you in resolving any issues.

Tracking numbers are sent via email once New World Apparel products are shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the delivery location on the day of delivery. If an order is returned to our facility by USPS, the customer will be financially responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for New World Brands are calculated based on the weight, length, width, and height of the package. Shipping deliveries are estimated and may arrive sooner or later than expected. International shipping is available, but rates are high due to supply chain logistics. Local delivery has a flat fee of $5 for all orders and does not include insurance.
